All Day Design to Stitch Workshop

This one day workshop is tailored for those stitchers looking to enhance their skills. This workshop focuses on developing your own design, composition and techniques with a special emphasis on the use of colour and line. Whether you prefer a landscape, garden design, a single flower or abstract I will guide you to help you unlock your new creative and design skills. Begin the day with sketching and watercolour painting, then choose your fabrics and threads to interpret your design.

This workshop is suitable for all and especially for those who want to enhance their design skills.

We will be, sketching, painting with watercolours, designing, preparing the fabrics, stitching and covering the canvas to frame your artwork.

The day includes a vegetarian lunch, homemade cake and refreshments on tap, gentle instruction, a relaxing creative friendly atmosphere with me. Max of 5 per class
